On Friday January 6, 2023 the Willow Grove Fire Company, American Legion Ambulance, and Inspira Paramedics were dispatched to Buck Road for a report of a motor vehicle crash with entrapment. Upon the arrival of American Legion Ambulance, they confirmed one occupant entrapped and requested Southstar to fly. The vehicle had left the roadway, struck a tree and landed on it drivers door entrapping the operator of the vehicle. Rescue 229 arrived on location and began extrication. With the use of stabilizing equipment, additional resources were needed and Franklinville Rescue 4318 was summoned to location. Once they arrived, come-a-longs and winches were used to return the vehicle to its wheels where patient access could be gained. The drivers doors was removed and the steering column pulled. The operator was freed and American Legion Ambulance treated the injured operator. The patient was transported to the helispot where an engine from the Centerton Fire Company established a safe area. The Salem County Fire Police assisted with traffic control unit the vehicle and all units were released from the scene.

The New Jersey State Police are investigating the crash.
